Incentive Disclaimer

This Level Up incentive is intended to be based on incentivizing sound business building principles, including, but not limited to, proper sponsoring, purchasing and selling of product in accordance with the Forever Living Products (“FLP”) Marketing Plan and Company Policies, including the Code of Professional Conduct (collectively the “Company Policies”). To qualify for this Level Up incentive, the Forever Business Owner (“FBO”) must meet all of the following requirements: 1) Have qualified for FGR23 with at least 1,500 CCs. 2) Have an increase of at least 100 CCs from their FGR23 qualification. 3) Reach the next qualifying Level for FGR24. 4) Be “Active” during each month of the promotional period. 5) Be in good standing with the Company Policies at the time any awards are paid. All qualifiers will win an all-expenses-paid trip for one to the Dominican Republic in 2024, which includes hotel, airfare, meals and a trip to the Forever aloe fields. FLP reserves the right to withhold promotional rewards until the completion of the promotion qualification period and pending verification of compliance with all Company Policies and promotional requirements. FLP reserves the right to disqualify any FBO if any sponsoring, purchase and/or resale of products are accomplished in a noncompliant or questionable manner and not in accordance with the Company Policies based on legitimate growth. The value of any of the awards via this incentive may be considered taxable income to the receiving FBO, and all taxes are the sole responsibility of the receiving FBO. In the event any winner is a business entity, such entity shall be entitled to one award. All prizes will be awarded as stated in the sole discretion of FLP and are not redeemable or exchangeable for cash. FLP makes no guarantees on income or success. Your success depends on your effort, commitment, skill and leadership abilities, and how effectively you exercise those qualities.
